All items must be unworn and still in their original packaging.

All Debriefs underwear products purchased from debriefs.co.uk come with a 12-month warranty. It covers defects on the fabric and the waistband, which includes holes, tears, and loss of elasticity in the waistband.

The 12-month warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, defects caused by improper care, pilling, and general wear and tear.

Items that meet warranty eligibility can request a free replacement within 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect must be provided when submitting a warranty request. All requests are subject to review by Debriefs warranty team. Warranty claims are limited to a maximum of 3 per 12-month period, per customer.
